My name is Jessica Jaber, and I am the owner and operator of our family farm. I am a US Marine Corps Veteran. My fiancé, Mark, is an Army veteran. We are both new to the business of growing flowers, and we are passionate about bringing the beauty of nature into your home or office.

History of Our Farm
Let me tell you a little story. Back in 2018, Mark and I stumbled upon this incredible 20-acre bare piece of land right here in Wisconsin. It felt like fate had brought us here. You see, I'm a US Marine, and was looking for a fresh start...a place to heal from the challenges of my time in Iraq. That's when Shady Lady Acres was born.
Originally, we thought we'd try our hand at aquaponic farming. Yep, fish and plants living in harmony—that was the plan! And that's why you'll spot a mermaid in our logo—she's our little nod to those early days.
Together, Mark and I have poured our hearts and souls into this place. From taking care of our beef steers and turkeys to nurturing those beautiful blooms, every bit of Shady Lady Acres is infused with our love and dedication.
So now, as the sun sets over our fields and the breeze whispers through the flowers, Shady Lady Acres isn't just a farm—it's our home.
