• We take pride in the quality of our fresh flowers and strive to provide you with the freshest, most beautiful blooms available. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within [2] days of delivery, and we will work with you to address your concerns.

2. Returns and Refunds:

• Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we accept returns or exchanges only in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective flowers upon delivery.

  • Incorrect orders received.

• Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or arrange for a replacement order.

3. Cancellations:

• All orders are final once confirmed. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day no-shows will be charged the full order amount, as custom and perishable products cannot be resold once prepared. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
